Much like Batman, Two-Face is also the unwitting victim of events that happened to him when he was a child. This comic does a good job of showing the place Two-Face’s anger comes from and it’s a dark place indeed. After all, if a normal person got hit with acid on the face, they’d probably be depressed for a while but they wouldn’t turn homicidal towards innocent people. When you ask the question, “What is Two-Face’s origin?” the answer you’re going to get is “He got acid thrown on his face.” But that’s not really the full extent of it. Along with Batman: Riddler, it is one of two one-shot comics released to promote the villains of Batman Forever. Batman: Two-Face is a comic book published by DC Comics in 1995.
